First read the partner pages; there you will find the partner types and the terms. If you still have a question afterwards, write to the partner programme address.
You are a customer with a question
Bring your question to Apex in the system first: in most cases Apex helps straight away. Anything beyond that is taken forward by your assigned account manager. Write to the customer support address if you cannot sign in to the system.
You have a billing or contract question
For invoices and payment, billing will help. Changing or cancelling your subscription is only valid in the system, on the My subscription page, not by email.
You have a security question or found a problem
You can read about how we protect data on our security page. Send vulnerabilities or security questionnaires to our security address.
You have a data protection question or request
If you want to know what data we hold about you, or you would like your data deleted, write to our data protection address.
