Tasks and deadlines

For sales You say it, Apex takes it down, assigns it and keeps track. Nothing is left hanging.

This is how it looks in your account. We cover the company names with a bar, and the names you see stand for roles.

How your day goes

Apex talks you through the day each morning

It tells you what has gone overdue, what is due today, what is coming this week, and which one is the most urgent. It says it in a single paragraph, the way a good assistant would, and behind every task sits the company's record.

On your desk, today's tasks are waiting, in order.

One sentence, and the colleague has it

You say who does it, what, and by when, and Apex adds it to the colleague's agenda, with the company and the history attached. In the Team view you see who holds what, and what is done.

On your desk: nothing. On the colleague's: one task.

You close it in your own words

You say what happened, and that note stays in the company's history. Apex asks what the next step should be, because no task closes in a way that leaves the company without an owner.

On your desk: a single yes.

What is overdue does not disappear

A task moves up your agenda as the days pass, and once overdue it goes to the very top. It leaves that place only when you close it or give it a new deadline.

Why this is good for you

Your day comes together from one sentence

There is no form, no field to fill in. You say what happened and what should follow, and Apex adds the task, with the company, the deadline and the owner. You do not have to learn the system, you only have to talk to it.

Your team is one sentence away

A colleague gets a task from you just by telling Apex. The company's record and the Team view show who holds what, so you never have to ask where anyone stands.

Nothing gets left on you

An overdue task stays on your agenda until you close it. A task closes only together with its next step. Anyone who has once replied to you always has an owner and a deadline.
