Apex knows your company

For leaders From your introduction it knows what you offer and to whom, and at each target company it suggests what matters there.

This is how the first conversation and Memory look in your account. We cover the company names with a bar.

How Apex gets to know your company

1

You introduce yourself

On your first sign-in, Apex greets you and learns who you are in the company. For the company itself you get an introduction template: what you do and for whom, where you're stronger than others, who your best buyers are, who your references are, and what every letter must observe. Your colleagues can add to it too, and after you submit it Apex takes it into its memory.

On your desk: a completed introduction.

2

An hour with your account manager

Working from the introduction, your assigned account manager spends an hour going through the company with you. Whatever the paper didn't say, they ask about, so the target groups come together as precisely as possible. This conversation decides who Apex will write to in your name.

On your desk: a one-hour session, then the target groups to approve.

3

Apex works with the full picture

The expert also adds the outcome of the session to Apex's memory. From then on Apex knows the company's goals, who it wants to sell to, and how it talks about itself. Every conversation starts with this knowledge, and you never have to explain anything again.

On your desk: nothing. Apex and the expert already know your company.

What you tell it once about your company, Apex uses in all its later work.

Why it helps when Apex knows your company

It doesn't just remember. Everything you ask of it starts from your company.

You
I'd like a new campaign for the Polish market.
Apex
I know what you take there and for whom. I'll start on the target group with your market expert.

Say it once

Your company's memory loads at the start of every conversation. No one has to explain again what the company does and for whom.

You
Is this company worth the effort?
Apex
Yes. They buy parts in series and they export. Exactly who you're looking for.

Advice from the company's goals

When you ask which prospect matters or what to spend your time on now, Apex answers from your target groups and strengths.

You
Let's not promise a deadline in a letter.
Apex
Noted. From now on this rule applies to every letter.

The letters speak in your voice

Strengths, references and the 'always / never' rules, word for word. The letter carries your company's sentences, and the same ones for everyone.

You
A prospect replied, they're asking about the warranty. What should I write?
Apex
I can see the letter and what we promised them. Here's what I'd write: …

It stays with you on replies too

Apex sees the incoming letter and the history, and knows what your company wants. On request it writes the suggested reply, one that contradicts neither your goals nor your rules.

You
I'm new, I'll be looking after the prospects.
Apex
Good to have you. I already know the company, I'll just ask you a few things about yourself.

A new colleague gets a ready Apex

The company's memory belongs to the company. Whoever joins later only introduces themselves; Apex already knows the company.

You
Let's not bother with the smaller orders for now.
Apex
All right, I've saved that as a decision. I'll stick to it.

It keeps learning

It's not only the introduction that stays. The decisions and preferences from your conversations do too, each marked. What's settled today doesn't have to be settled again tomorrow.

You see it, and you decide on it

Under the Memory button, top right, you can read every entry Apex has noted about your company and about you. You can delete any of them, and you can ask for it in the chat too. After deletion, new conversations no longer remember it.

  • Three tabs: You, Your company and Workstreams.
  • Every entry is one sentence, marked with a category.
  • Only the company's superuser can delete the company's memory.
