No lost prospect
For sales Apex checks back before a company is left without a task.
This is how it looks in your account. We cover the company names with a bar, and the names you see stand for roles.
Where a prospect gets lost
A prospect rarely tells you they've gone. They simply get no reply, or no one comes back to them. Independent studies show this is the everyday case at other companies, and this is exactly the money your team has already worked for and still doesn't take home.
This is how long an average company takes to answer an incoming enquiry
an independent study of 2,241 US companies
With Apex, every incoming reply becomes a task on your agenda at once, together with the company's record and the letter. It's waiting for you first thing in the morning.

This is how much more likely a negotiation becomes when the reply comes within an hour
compared with a reply that comes later, from the same independent study
Apex flags it at once, the reply can go out in your own words within minutes, and no one has to watch the inbox.

This much of a salesperson's working time actually goes on selling
based on an international survey of salespeople, the rest going on admin, data entry and searching around
With Apex, one sentence closes the task and opens the next, and Apex keeps the record for you.

One question, five paths
At every close, Apex asks in a single sentence what happened, and from what you say it offers the likely path. It never guesses. A company is left without a task only if you decide so yourself, and Apex says as much beforehand.
The same day in two systems
The difference is who's paying attention. In a traditional customer record system the next step exists only if someone types it in. With Apex the next step is part of the close.
How much commission is left on the table without Apex?
This calculation shows how much commission is left on the table in another system, or with no system, where the follow-up depends on someone remembering it. A lost prospect shows up in no report there, so most teams don't even know how much money they leave behind. Work it out with your own numbers. The defaults come from the independent studies above, and you can change every one of them.
With Apex, these prospects don't quietly disappear. Every closed task gets a next step beside it, and if a company would be left without one, Apex speaks up first.
An estimate from your own numbers.
Why this is good for you
No company slips through
Anyone who has once replied to you always has a next step, a deadline and an owner. If the customer says they'll get in touch, Apex still adds a call-back, so the continuation doesn't depend on them.
More revenue and more commission from the same work
The follow-up falls due exactly when it should, and no one has to wrestle with admin for it. Your salesperson spends the day on what they're paid for, and what earns them commission.
Apex asks, you decide
It closes the won and the lost deal when you say so. If a company would be left without a task, it speaks up first and offers a follow-up. The decision stays yours at every step.
What share of the contacted companies gets in touch?
Our customers' real campaigns, from the companies contacted to the prospects who ask for an online meeting.
The first prospect came in on the third day.
Vajóczki Virág, managing directorA serious prospect is a contacted company that already knows the offer from the campaign letters and has replied that it would like an online meeting.
A customer runs several campaigns at once, typically six to ten, each for a different target group. Each card shows one of them. Published with our customers' permission. The cards without a name are measured campaigns too.
We started working with Trendizz a year and a half ago, and I am very glad of this partnership. I particularly enjoy working with Ági and Péter; whatever question comes up, I can always count on their help. And Apex, introduced along the way, makes selling much easier for me and gives useful support in my everyday work. Today I could not even imagine selling without Trendizz behind me.
Even during onboarding, it felt as though I had gained two more colleagues who understand what I am talking about and speak the same language as me when it comes to marketing and mindset.
