New markets

For leaders The same target group in several countries, letters in the target market's language, with local holidays and time zone.

This is how a Czech reply, the approval card and the company's record look in your account. We cover the company names with a bar.

How the correspondence runs in the language of the target market

1

The letter goes in their language

Your account manager prepares the campaign letters with the target market's language in mind, and you read and approve them in your own language. Apex sends each recipient a letter tailored to their company, in their own language, during their working hours.

On your desk: the letter in your language, one approval.

2

The reply comes in their language, Apex understands it

Whoever replies, replies in their own language. Apex reads it just as it reads a letter written in your language: it classifies it (prospect, postponer, objection, rejection) and, where needed, creates a task. On request it tells you in your own language what it says.

On your desk: the original letter, the classification, one sentence in your language about what they want.

3

You reply in your own language, they receive it in theirs

You say what you want to send. Apex phrases it in the recipient's language, naturally and at a native level, and places the mirror in your language beside it. It goes out only after your approval; the other side receives this letter.

On your desk: the draft in two languages, one Approve button.

Two languages, one conversation

You work in your own language throughout, the other side in theirs. Apex stands between the two, and that is where the letter changes language in both directions.

The outreach and the correspondence run in the native language. If it is more comfortable, you can move the negotiation to English at any time.

Why this is good for you

A new market without a new colleague

To approach a Czech, Polish or Romanian market, you do not need to hire a salesperson who speaks the language. Your team works just as it does at home: they read, they decide, they approve. Apex carries the language. This way you can even try a market before you hire.

Several markets, several salespeople, at once

Within one account each salesperson works their own territory: a separate campaign, separate replies, separate tasks. One company is handled by one colleague at a time, and no one else writes to it by accident. You see all of it in one place.

In the local rhythm, read in your language

Apex keeps to each country's public holidays and working hours: on a Czech holiday the Czech recipient gets no letter, and the letter arrives on the morning of their next working day. You read the company's record, the summary of their website and the whole letter thread in your own language, and the original is one click away.

On their calendar, during their working hours

Every sending assistant has a country holiday calendar and time zone. This is the calendar of an assistant working the Czech market.

28 October is a day off: the anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia. On that day Czech recipients receive no letter.

The letter arrives on the morning of their next working day, and you read the reply in your own language.
