Find anyone

For sales A name, a fragment of a phone number or a detail from a meeting is enough. Apex finds the company, the letter and the person.

This is how it looks in your account, and the same on your phone. We cover the company names with a bar, and the names you see stand for roles.

How Apex finds them

No menu item and no search box. You tell Apex what you know, and the rest is its job.

You say what you remember

Half a name in any order, without accents or with one letter mistyped. The end of a phone number, in any format. The start of an email address, a fragment of a domain, the subject of a meeting, or just what the company does. Any one of these is enough to start.

This is the number they gave: 30/123-4567. Who could it be?

On your desk: nothing. You type or say it in the conversation, from your phone too.

Apex goes through your own data

The records and the contacts entered by hand, the correspondence together with the signatures on incoming letters, the notes from calls and meetings, the tasks, the campaign membership, and finally the company profiles.

Of the companies we wrote to in June, whose is this number?

On your desk: a card shows how far it has got, and you can stop it at any time.

One question, then the answer with evidence

When several similar candidates come up, Apex does not guess. It asks exactly one question, and your answer sharpens the same search further. Next to the match you see where it was found, in which data, and where the case stands: the level of interest, the colleague who owns it, the campaign.

The company from last week's online meeting. Let's take it out of the campaign.

On your desk: the results sheet. One click opens the record, another the letter itself.

One clue is enough, two make it certain

Apex looks for what you say across five sources in your own data. Where it finds something, it shows it as evidence, and two independent clues already make a certain match.

Why this helps you

No need to ask again

The call carries on as if you remembered. At the same time you see where the case stands, which campaign the reply came from, and whose company it is if a colleague is handling it.

Once it's in, it stays found

A phone number surfaces from the signature on a letter years old, a name from the note of a meeting. It knows the Slovak, Czech, Romanian, Polish, German and Austrian number formats too, and it finds a name even without accents or with a typo.

One sentence carries you on from the match

You open the record, log the call, take the company out of the campaigns, or reply. It also finds a letter not yet tied to a company, and links it to the company with one click.

What you can say

A few sentences, the way they would sound in your account. Even the more involved ones work in one go.
