The free demo
For leaders Get to know Apex for 14 days on sample data, free and without commitment. In two weeks you decide whether to go ahead.
This is what the demo looks like. Everything you see in it is sample data.
What the demo gives you, and what it cannot do
The demo is there for you to get to know Apex and see how the system will work at your company. That is why it runs on sample data, and nothing you do in it goes live.
What you get
- The menus of the interface with sample data: records, campaigns, tasks and incoming letters.
- Apex, whom you can ask anything about the system, how it works, the price and the terms. Apex shows you round and explains everything.
- A return estimate from your own figures: Apex works out whether it pays off for your company.
- An installable app for phone and computer. It is optional, and it works just the same in a browser.
- The My subscription page with the package, the price and the terms. Once you have decided, you order here.
What is not possible in the demo
- Sending letters. Not a single letter goes out from the demo.
- Setting up your own campaign. After you order, your assigned account manager builds the campaigns with you.
- Searching your own market. Your target groups come out of the first month's work, checked company by company.
- Uploading your own data. None of your company's data goes into the demo.
From the first conversation to the decision
First, our expert colleague gets to know your company. You get a demo if we can really help.
You request access
A short form, filled in with your company email address.
Online meeting
Our expert colleague talks through with you who you sell to and how big your market is, and shows you the system in action by screen share.
Demo link
If we can really help, you receive the demo link after the conversation.
14 days with Apex
You order
On the My subscription page, in the same account. At that point you pay only the onboarding fee, and the monthly fee starts after the onboarding month. The sample data disappears and the onboarding period begins.
Not going ahead
The demo closes after day 14. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to pay.
Two weeks is enough to decide
In two weeks you can go through the menus, try Apex with your own questions and work out from your own figures whether it pays off. When you say yes, the first letters go out in about a month.
- ask Apex everything you would ask a new colleague;
- look at a record, a campaign and the tasks;
- have Apex work out the return from your own figures;
- talk it through with the colleagues who take part in the decision.
Why this helps you
You see before you buy
Before you accept anything, you see with your own eyes for two weeks how Apex works and what the system will be like at your company.
Free, with no commitment
You pay nothing for the demo, and using it commits you to nothing. A subscription starts only when you expressly accept it on the My subscription page.
Decide and order in one place
You don't need to open a new account or wait for an offer. You see the price and the terms in the demo, and you order in the same place.
