Customers and contacts
For leaders You load your own partners, Apex writes to them too, and each one gets its own record.
This is how it looks in your account. We cover the company names with a bar.
Three kinds of campaign, from one account
You agree with your account manager who to reach out to and with what letter. Each group is its own campaign, with its own message.
Old contacts that stalled
Someone you already reached out to, but the conversation broke off. Apex picks the thread up again, and the rest of the sequence follows the first letter on the days you set.
On your desk: one file with the companies, then only those who replied.
Existing customers, repeat purchase and expansion
Someone who bought last year but not this year, or who bought one product and does not yet know the rest. Apex reaches out to them with the message you agreed, and a reply becomes a task for the person responsible, with a deadline.
On your desk: those who replied as tasks, and the won business on the record.
The ones sales never had time for
Every salesperson has companies waiting that there was never time for. Apex warms them all up and puts in front of your colleague only the one who replied and needs attention.
On your desk: freed-up sales time, and only the companies that replied.
Sales sees only those who reply
Apex treats every loaded company just as it does the ones brought in from the market. What reaches your colleagues is already a reply.
Why this is good for you
Sales time is freed up
Apex reaches out to the companies waiting in your accounts, so your colleagues do not have to. The salesperson works with those who have already replied, and Apex takes care of the rest.
Repeat purchase becomes a process
Those who bought last year, those who could expand, those who stalled: each is a campaign, with its own letters and set days. A letter goes out, the reply becomes a task with a deadline, and nothing is left sitting in a spreadsheet.
Your own partner gets no other campaign
A company is in one campaign at a time. While it sits in the repeat-purchase campaign, no other campaign writes to it, even if it would fit that target group. Every loaded company gets its own record, together with its history.
- During the term you can load as many own contacts as your subscription's yearly company quota. At 6,000 companies, that is 6,000.
- Their letters are included in the fee and do not count towards your monthly new companies.
- You load them with Apex, with your account manager's help. The file is deleted after processing and does not become part of the conversation either.
- Only a domain and an email address are needed. Apex checks the format, filters out duplicates, and validates the email addresses technically as well, so older email addresses can be loaded too.
