Here you can see what has gone into the system over the past weeks. Every entry is a change already running live, with a version number and a date.

Each square is a day. The brighter it is, the more new versions went live that day. A release can be a new feature, an improvement or a fix.
Several companies into a campaign at once
Just name the companies, and Apex adds them all to the campaign you choose with a single approval, and swaps their tags too if you ask. If one of them has no usable address, or you mistyped a domain, it asks you about it in a single message. It never restarts letter sequences already running in the campaign on its own.
Campaign letters in your language, sent in the target market's language
You can write and edit campaign letters with Apex in your own language, even when they go to Slovak or German companies. After every save, Apex translates the letter into the target market's language and checks that the translation says the same thing. Whoever approves the letter can also read it in their own language, below the outgoing text. The outgoing text is always the one that counts.
Campaign letters in your own words
You can now write campaign letters yourself, in your own words. Apex prepares alternative wordings for the subject and for every sentence, and your own sentence always stays among them. If it finds a typo, it suggests a correction, and you approve it.
Apex keeps what it knows about your company up to date
If something has changed at your company, you only need to tell Apex. It reviews everything it knows about your company, corrects anything that contradicts the new fact, and shows every change on a card for approval.
A foreign-language letter in your own language
If a company has written in a language you do not read confidently, one button on the record translates the letter. It then opens in your own language, and you can switch back to the original at any time.
Invite people straight into the right group
When you invite a new colleague, you can set which group they join. From their first sign-in they are in the right place, and they show up on the team page.
Rename a campaign in one sentence
Ask Apex to rename the campaign, and the new name appears at once everywhere the campaign is shown.
An editable letter card
When you ask Apex to write to a company, it reads the earlier letters, matches the tone of address, and hands you the letter on a card. You can rewrite it and send it from there.
Details: Letters and repliesFollow up on your own unanswered letter
If a letter of yours went unanswered, open it on the record and ask Apex to write again. The earlier letter stays below it as history.
A cleaner campaign brief, corrections that stick
When you upload it, Apex reviews the campaign brief, flags repetition and contradiction, and does not bring back a sentence you have removed.
Clearer approvals
If you approve your company's campaigns, you only see what is still waiting for you. If you request a change, the reply comes back here too.
See who looks after your account
On the Account manager page you see, with a photo and a name, the people who help you, and whether they are available right now.
A refreshed website in seven languages
Pricing, industries, features and frequently asked questions: in Hungarian, English, German, Czech, Polish, Romanian and Slovak.
A campaign goes for approval when it starts
A campaign reaches its approver when it is started, and once accepted it runs on its own.
The search does not stop halfway
When a search runs out, Apex keeps searching for the same target group on its own, with different words. On the card your gathered results grow, by one with each new company.
Apex finds more of a target group
When the first round runs out, Apex keeps searching over several rounds and with several methods, so more of the companies you asked for come up.
Faster search, a clear reason for every result
Apex reviews many companies at once, and for every result it describes, in your own language, what the company does and why it fits what you are looking for.
Campaign letters in the target market's language, in a natural voice
The campaign brief can be in Hungarian while the letter still goes out in Slovak or Romanian. Apex writes it in the target language, fits the form of address to the role, and a second check reviews the grammar too.
One action across many records at once
If the same task is open on dozens of records, tell Apex what to do with them. You check the set on a card, and Apex carries it through on every one.
A new sign-in email address, the same account
If your company has moved to a new domain, you can set a new sign-in address while keeping your account, your records and your history.
Apex knows what you are working on
A search, a company or a campaign: Apex follows on its own which one you are talking about, so you do not have to select it first.
Hand over your work in one step before you go on leave
Tell Apex who takes over your tasks and your records, either all of them or only those due while you are away. You approve it on a card, and it is done.
Details: Tasks and deadlinesApex tells you what has changed
When something new arrives that affects your work, Apex mentions it briefly, and if you ask, explains how to use it.
Your own contacts in a campaign
Contacts from a trade fair, a referral from a partner or an old CRM export: hand them to Apex, and after a check it loads them into the campaign you choose. It also tells you what it left out, and why.
Details: Customers and contactsA record from a fragment
A first name, the end of a phone number or a piece of an email address is enough: Apex tells you which company it belongs to before you pick up the phone.
Details: Find anyoneA running search with its own card
While Apex searches in the background, you see the state live on the card, and one button stops it if the results drift off course.
Apex guides you around the interface
Ask Apex where to find something, or what a button does. It tells you where to see it, and what you can manage there.
Four major versions, from the first prototype to Apex today.
Apex became the primary interface of the system: you say what you want, and Apex does it. It searches and researches, manages the CRM, runs campaigns, drives the workflow, categorises incoming letters, produces reports, keeps you informed, and prepares you for negotiations. It shows every important step on a card for approval.
The search engine gained its own letter-sending system, workflow handled the incoming replies, and the CRM arrived, where all the work with companies is followed in one place. Companies in the neighbouring countries also became available. Apex appeared here too, still as a search engine: it searched based on the real content and meaning of websites, the needs and problems of the companies behind them, and many technical features. After its release, 3.0 received 10–15 updates a month.
A standalone search engine that found a business's potential target group among company websites. It searched by words and phrases, across the entire Hungarian web. It could not send letters yet.
The first version focused on one thing: the search engine. Everything that came later was built on it.
