Event log
For every company you can see who did what and when. Apex can also search across many companies, one colleague or a period of time.
This is how you ask about the log in your own account, and how Apex answers. The company and colleague names are made up.
What the log records
Every Dizzlet, that is the company's record, keeps a log of what happened to it inside your company. Every row carries the name of whoever did it (a colleague, Apex, a sender or the system) and the time.
Temperature and status
Anna set it to warm, Mark marked it lost, reason: the price.
Campaign and letter
Apex added it to a campaign, the sender sent the second letter, a reply arrived.
Exclusion
Mark excluded it because they want no more letters. Anna restored it later.
Task
Anna added a call-back for Tuesday, Mark closed it.
Touch
Anna logged the call, with a summary.
Contact and details
Mark entered a new phone number for the head of procurement.
File
Anna uploaded the quote. Mark exported the company, along with 23 other companies.
Tag
Apex added the "trade-fair-2026" tag.
Expand the row of a change to see what it was before and what it became. Anything that happens while the log is open appears at the top.
Who sees the log
The log is about the work on a company, so it shows where that work happens, and whoever leads the team can ask about a colleague's work.
Opening the log uses none of Apex's allowance. Asking Apex about it does, like every request.
Why this is good for you
Facts instead of arguments
If the question is who marked the company lost, who passed it to a colleague, or who exported it, the log tells you, with a name and a time. No one has to remember.
You can see what Apex did
Apex counts its own work separately from the sending mailboxes' work and the system's. With one question you find out what Apex took off the team's hands in a month.
It judges on the facts
Apex tells you who worked on what with numbers and periods, without value judgements, and it also tells you what the log cannot see, such as calls nobody logged.
