Roles and invitations

One person, one account

Everyone who works in the system gets their own account with their own company email address. Sign-in details cannot be passed on to anyone else; the General Terms and Conditions say so too. If a colleague wants to work in it as well, offers to invite them.

The roles

  • : does the work and sees the work of their own .
  • Administrator: sees the work of every group; manages groups, memberships and leaders, moves campaigns and , and can deactivate Users (only a Superuser can deactivate an Administrator or a Superuser).
  • Superuser: on top of that, assigns roles, manages plans, handles the company's bank card and billing details, and invites colleagues.
  • (within a group, ★): manages the members of their own group and sees the group's report.

The invitation

Whoever registers the company first becomes the company's and starts on Apex Free. In a team, they first choose a paid plan for themselves (Account menu › My subscription), then invite their colleagues. When inviting, the person sending the invitation chooses the role and the ; the invited person joins that one group. Only a company email address can be used. It can be on another company's , for example the marketer's or the accountant's firm, but one address can belong to only one company.

The plan

The plan is personal: Apex Start €99, Apex Pro €249, Pro 2× €499, Pro 4× €999, per month, per user, plus VAT. Colleagues can be on different plans. The company pays with one bank card. Every invoice is made out to the company, with a separate invoice for each colleague showing their name and plan. Colleagues can only be invited on a paid plan: payment comes first, then the account is created and the invitation goes out. As long as the company has more than one active member, everyone is on a paid plan.
