What a User sees

The campaigns, searches and of their own , and those senders' letters. They also see the tasks and companies () of their group colleagues, but not those of Administrators and Superusers, even in the same group. They always see what is theirs. A taken company

If a company is already in another 's campaign, Apex shows it as "Taken elsewhere", without the details. A company can be in only one campaign at a time.

Where new work goes

A new campaign or goes into its creator's : into the if they are a member of it, otherwise into their first group. Tags are one shared set for the whole company; the group only filters who sees a tag on which company. So if the managing director creates a team's campaign, it goes into the Base group and everyone sees it. In that case Apex moves it into the team's group, with one approval.

Base group membership

The invited person joins exactly the one chosen when inviting them. Who is a member of the is shown on the member's record (, click the member's name), in the Groups view, where it can be switched on and off. Anyone who works in a separate team should not be a member of the Base group, otherwise their new work goes there too.
